The Department of Political Science, Sri Sathya Sai College for Women, Bhubaneswar, successfully observed ‘National Constitution Day 2025’ with active participation from a large number of students and faculties of the college. The programme commenced with the hosting and coordination of mMiss. Aparna Patra from the Department of Political Science, followed by a warm welcome address by the Principal, Dr. Niharika Das, who also chaired the meeting. The Administrative Bursar and senior faculty member, Smt. Smita Biswal, graced the occasion with her presence. The significance of the day and the core values of the Indian Constitution were briefly yet insightfully highlighted by the Head of the Department, Dr. Lulubala Nayak. As part of the observance, students collectively recited the Preamble and took the constitutional oath, reaffirming their commitment to democratic ideals. The programme concluded with a formal vote of thanks proposed by Miss Aparna Patra, marking the end of a meaningful and enriching celebration.
