An **Orientation Programme for +3 1st Year students** was organised at Sri Sathya Sai College for Women, Bhubaneswar, to welcome the newly admitted students and familiarise them with the college environment, academic system, rules and regulations, and various student support facilities. The Principal, **Dr. Niharika Das**, addressed the students and encouraged them to make the best use of the opportunities available in the college. The programme provided a positive beginning to the students’ higher education journey and helped them understand their academic responsibilities and campus life.Dr. Saswati Swagatika introduced the students to the NEP curriculum, while Dr. Satahrada Mohanty explained the examination pattern and evaluation system. Mrs. Bindulata Panda briefed the students about NSS activities, and Mrs. Jayanti Singh introduced them to the Youth Red Cross (YRC) and its activities.
