Sri Sathya Sai College for Women celebrated its 46th Foundation Day on 10 August 2026 under the theme “Rooted in Wisdom, Driven by Innovation, Committed to Service.” The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, welcome song and address by Dr. Niharika Das, Principal, followed by the presentation of institutional achievements by Dr. Mrunmayee Rath, Cultural Coordinator. The celebration was graced by Chief Guest Dr. Saroj Laxmi Singh, Regional Director, RDE, Bhubaneswar; Chief Speaker Dr. Sathya Swaroop Pattnaik, State President, Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organizations; and Guests of Honour—Prof. Sasmita Mohanty, Director, CDC, Ramadevi Women’s University; Choudhury Rudra Charan Mohanty, Environment Programme Coordinator, UNCRD-DSDG, Japan; and Dr. Shakuntala Baliarsingh, Indian Writer and Translator. The event featured an award and prize distribution ceremony, felicitation of dignitaries and a vibrant cultural presentation, concluding as a memorable celebration of excellence, creativity, culture and service.
