The Induction Programme for newly admitted +3 1st year students was conducted at Sri Sathya Sai College for Women to welcome and orient the freshers to the academic environment, rules, and culture of the institution. The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and a prayer song, followed by a warm welcome address by the Principal, Dr. Niharika Das, who highlighted the values, vision, and academic excellence of the college.

Various faculty members introduced their respective departments and elaborated on academic structure, examination systems, and co-curricular opportunities. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Anti-Ragging Committee, and Internal Complaints Committee also addressed the students, ensuring awareness of safety, rights, and responsibilities.
