A State-Level Awareness Programme on the Right to Information Act was organized to promote transparency and awareness about citizens’ rights.

Mrs. Manini Pattnaik, Lecturer in English, along with Koina Tamang, a student of the English Department, actively participated in the programme. Koina won 1st prize for debate. Their participation reflected the institution’s commitment to spreading awareness about the importance of the Right to Information Act in ensuring accountability and good governance.

The programme provided valuable insights into the provisions and significance of the Act, making it an enriching experience for the participants.
