The 77th Republic Day of India was celebrated with great pride and patriotic fervour on 26th January 2026 at Sri Sathya Sai College for Women (SSSCW). The programme commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by the Principal, followed by the National Anthem, which filled the campus with a sense of unity and national pride.

In her address, the Principal highlighted the significance of the Indian Constitution and emphasized the values of democracy, equality, and responsibility among citizens. This was followed by speeches delivered by teaching staff and students, who reflected on the sacrifices of freedom fighters and the role of youth in nation-building.

The celebration was further enriched by cultural performances presented by the students, including patriotic songs and dances, which showcased their talent and love for the nation. The active participation of teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and students made the programme meaningful and memorable.

The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks, reinforcing the spirit of patriotism, discipline, and commitment towards the progress of the nation.
